Internetová stránka teamspeak3-servers.eu nabízí k dispozici platby skrz Fortumo, PayPal a Skrill pro zakoupení TIP serveru. Tento TIP je možno zakoupit na 7 až 30 dní.

Platba a cena

Platba je jednorázová, ne opakující, tudíž pro prodloužení TIP u jednotlivého serveru je potřeba TIP zakoupit znovu.
Cena je pevně stanovená a nezapočítávají se k ní žádné další poplatky či příplatky.

Doručení

Doručení probíhá nejpozději 24 hodin od zakoupení TIP serveru, pokud platba proběhne bez jakýchkoliv komplikací.
Při platbě skrz Fortumo probíhá přiřazení TIP serveru automaticky po dokončení platby.

Reklamace a vrácení peněz

Vrácení peněz je možno do 10 dní od zakoupení TIP serveru, kdy za každý jeden den je z platby strženo 10% jako poplatek za poskytnuté služby spojené s TIP serverem.
V případě reklamace, tzn. nesplnění uvedených podmínek a služeb spojených s TIP serverem, je nakupujícímu vrácena 100% částky. Reklamace se vyřizují na e-mailové adrese [email protected].

Payment and price

The payment is a one-time payment, not a recurring one, so to extend the TIP for an individual server, you must purchase the TIP again.
The price is fixed and does not include any additional fees or surcharges.

Delivery

Delivery takes place no later than 24 hours after the purchase of the TIP server, if the payment is made without any complications.
When paying through Fortumo, the TIP server is assigned automatically after the payment is completed.

Complaints and refunds

Refunds are possible within 10 days of purchasing the TIP server, when for each day 10% is deducted from the payment as a fee for services provided with the TIP server.
In case of a complaint, ie. non-fulfillment of the stated conditions and services connected with the TIP server, the buyer is refunded 100% of the amount. Complaints are handled at the e-mail address [email protected].
