Terms of use
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website teamspeak3-servers.eu and its subdomains (the “Website”), which serves as a public TeamSpeak 3 server list. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Website owner and operator:
Kobík Jakub
E‑mail: [email protected]
Effective date: March 27, 2026.
1. Definitions
- “Operator” means the natural person Kobík Jakub, who owns and operates the Website.
- “User” means any natural or legal person who visits or uses the Website (for example, by adding a server or posting a comment).
- “Server” means a TeamSpeak 3 server added by a User to the list on the Website.
- “TIP status” means a paid feature that highlights a Server and provides additional benefits as described on the Website at the time of purchase.
2. Nature and availability of services
The Website mainly provides a public list of TeamSpeak 3 servers and allows Users to add and manage Server entries and comments. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error‑free operation or permanent functionality of any specific feature.
The Operator may, at any time and without prior notice, modify or discontinue any part of the Website or its services, including paid features. The User has no legal right to the provision of any particular feature free of charge or for a fee.
3. Adding TeamSpeak 3 servers
A Server may only be added if the User is the owner of the Server or is otherwise authorized to manage it. By adding a Server, the User confirms that they are authorized to do so and that all information about the Server is accurate and up‑to‑date.
The Operator does not verify ownership or licensing rights to the Servers and is not liable for any infringement of third‑party rights. The User understands that all information about the Server (including IP address, name and description) becomes publicly available and may be used by third parties (for example via APIs or search engines).
4. Editing and removal of servers
The User may request that a Server be edited or removed from the list, usually by proving ownership of the Server (for example via the TS3 server itself or via the e‑mail address used when adding the Server). The Operator may request additional information to verify ownership.
The Operator reserves the right to remove or edit any Server at any time and without giving reasons (for example due to inappropriate content, technical errors, non‑functionality or violation of these Terms). The User is not entitled to any compensation or refund of payments for TIP status solely because a Server was removed, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Comments and user content
Users may post comments related to Servers where this feature is available. When posting a comment, you may be required to provide a name and e‑mail address; the IP address of the commenting device is also recorded.
The User is fully responsible for all content they submit and agrees that comments will not:
- infringe any third‑party rights (e.g. copyrights, trademarks, personality rights),
- contain illegal, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, spam or otherwise inappropriate content,
- contain malicious code or links to harmful content.
The Operator may edit or delete any comment without prior notice, especially if it appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. TIP status and paid services
For selected Servers, the User may purchase TIP status; the exact scope of benefits (highlighting, higher position in the list, extra features) is always described in the current offer on the Website. TIP status is provided for the period and price specified at the time of order.
TIP status is normally activated after successful payment confirmation via an available payment provider; the Operator is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment provider. The User acknowledges that TIP status does not guarantee any specific number of visitors or clients for the Server, but only the technical highlighting or other advantages described.
7. User obligations
The User agrees in particular:
- not to use the Website in violation of applicable law, good morals or these Terms,
- not to interfere with the technical operation of the Website and not to attempt to bypass security measures or overload the servers (e.g. by scraping, DDoS, automated queries),
- not to misuse information displayed on the Website (such as Server IP addresses) for attacks or other harmful activities.
The User shall be liable for any damage caused to the Operator or third parties as a result of breaching these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Liability and disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or error‑free operation. In particular, the Operator is not responsible for the content or availability of individual TeamSpeak 3 servers listed on the Website, nor for any damage arising in connection with the use of the Website, listed Servers or third‑party services (such as Facebook, Google, Cloudflare), to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate “Privacy Policy” document available on the Website, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Processing includes, in particular, IP addresses, e‑mail addresses, names in comments and technical data collected by Google, Facebook and Cloudflare services.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that it uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure basic functionality, measure traffic and display advertising (Google AdSense).
10. Intellectual property
The content of the Website (including texts, logo, graphics, code, server database) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Operator or third parties. The User may use the Website only within normal use; any bulk downloading, redistribution or commercial use of the content without the Operator’s consent is prohibited.
TeamSpeak and TeamSpeak 3 are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. The Website is not an official service of TeamSpeak Systems GmbH and is not otherwise formally affiliated with it.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. The amended version will be published on the Website and will become effective on the date of publication, unless a later effective date is specified.
By continuing to use the Website after the new version becomes effective, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
