Help
If you have any questions about how to use our services or any issues, you can find the answers to the most frequently asked questions on this help page. If you can't find the answer to your question here, please contact us.
To add your TeamSpeak 3 server, go to the “Add server” page, fill in the required information (address, port, name, and description) and submit the form.
After submission, our system will try to connect to your server via ServerQuery to verify it is online and reachable.
If the verification is successful, your server will appear in the public list within a few minutes. If there are any issues during verification, you will receive an email with details on how to fix them.
We use ServerQuery to read public information about your server, such as current player count, channels and uptime, so we can display accurate live statistics on the list.
The query account we use has only read permissions; it cannot change your server configuration or permissions.
If you restrict or block our query IP, your server may appear offline or may be automatically removed from the list after repeated connection failures.
Create or use a low-privileged ServerQuery account and assign it only the permissions needed to view server, channel and client information.
Make sure the query port is reachable from the internet and add our query IP to your query_ip_allowlist.txt (or equivalent) if your host requires it.
After updating permissions, wait a few minutes for our scanner to reconnect and refresh your server status.
First, check that your server is running and publicly reachable on the IP and port you entered when adding it.
Ensure that the ServerQuery port is open, not blocked by a firewall, and that our query account has permission to read server information.
If everything is configured correctly and the issue persists, contact us with your server address so we can manually investigate the problem.
Website visitors can leave comments and reviews on any listed server to share their experience with other visitors.
We reserve the right to remove comments that contain spam, insults, advertising, or other content that violates our rules.
If you are a server owner and believe a comment breaks our guidelines, please report it to us and we will review it.
We require Google sign-in to make sure each real user can vote only once per period and to prevent automated or fake votes.
We only use your Google account to identify you within our system; we do not access your emails or other private data.
This helps keep the ranking fair and trustworthy for both server owners and visitors.
If you want your TeamSpeak 3 server highlighted in the ts3-servers.eu server list, please contact us at [email protected].
We will send you information about possible cooperation options and the conditions for a highlighted placement.
Highlighted servers are manually approved and must still follow all our rules and guidelines.
To edit your server details, log in and open your server’s detail page, then use the “Edit server” button to change description, website or other fields.
If you want to completely remove your server from the list, you can request deletion from the edit page or contact us from the email address used during registration.
After removal, your server will no longer appear in search results and public listings.
